  32. The machine can perform a variety of tests, including tensile stress, tear strength, elongation at break, and adhesive force. It can also perform pressure tests, shear peel tests, bending tests, and puncture tests of pull-out force.

UV Testing Machine

1. Purpose

This machine is mainly used for UV ageing resistance testing of light-coloured materials such as leather, plastic, rubber, and cloth under ultraviolet radiation.

2. Principle

The machine simulates the ageing resistance of materials under sunlight radiation for a certain period of time. The accelerated ageing test chamber simulates the environment of transport containers exposed to sunlight radiation to test the degree of discolouration resistance of products inside. It is a reference for preparing chemical raw materials when making product materials.

Programmable Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

The constant temperature and humidity testing machine uses a balanced temperature and humidity control system (BTHC) to regulate the SSR in a PID manner. This ensures that the heating and humidification output of the system matches the heat and humidity loss, allowing the machine to operate stably for extended periods. It can simulate test conditions for various environments, including high temperature and high humidity, high temperature but low humidity, low temperature but high humidity, and low temperature and low humidity. The machine can test environmental reliability for products’ temperature and humidity resistance.

1. Sample limit

The following activities are prohibited when using this test equipment:

  1. Testing or storing samples of flammable, explosive, and volatile substances.
  2. Testing or storing corrosive substance samples.
  3. Testing or storing biological samples.
  4. Testing or storing samples of strong electromagnetic emission sources.
  5. Testing or storing samples of radioactive materials.
  6. Testing or storing samples of highly toxic substances.
  7. Testing or storing samples that may produce flammable, explosive, volatile, highly toxic, corrosive, or radioactive substances during the test or storage process.

2. Performance

  • Test environment conditions: Ambient temperature should be between +5 to +28℃ with a relative humidity of no more than 85%. There should be no sample in the test chamber.
  • Test method: The test should be conducted using the following equipment:
  • GB/T 5170.2-2008 Temperature test equipment
  • GB/T 5170.5-2008 Damp heat test equipment
  • Temperature range: The temperature range for the test should be between -40℃ to +150℃.
  • Humidity range: The humidity range should be between 20% to 98% humidity temperature. For humidity testing, temperatures between 25 to 85 degrees can be used as humidity.
  • Temperature fluctuation: The temperature fluctuation should be no more than ±0.5°C. (Note: As indicated in GB/T5170.2-1996, the fluctuation should be no more than ±0.25°C)
  • Temperature deviation: The temperature deviation should be no more than ±2℃.
  • Temperature uniformity: The temperature uniformity should be less than or equal to ±2°C.
  • Heating rate: The average heating rate should be 3°C/min.
  • Cooling rate: The average cooling rate should be 1°C/min.
  • Relative humidity deviation (for damp heat testing only): The relative humidity deviation should be no more than ±3.0%RH.
  • Satisfy the Test Methods:

Note that the load per cubic meter should not exceed the heat capacity of 35kg/m3 steel, and there should be no active moisture and heat load during the damp heat test.

Touch Screen Intelligent Salt Spray Testing Machine

The salt spray corrosion test chamber conducts a surface treatment of various materials, including metal plating, hardware, electronic components, chemical coatings, baked varnishes, automobiles, motorcycles, hardware, sanitary ware, screws, springs, magnetic materials, organic and inorganic films, anodes, quality inspection of processing, anti-rust oil, and other industries. It tests the corrosion resistance of the products.

Melt Flow Indexer

The Melt Flow Indexer measures the MFR result related to the melt flow rate of plastics and resins in the viscous flow state. It applies to engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polysulfone and nylon with high melting temperatures but also plastics with low melting temperatures such as polythene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM) and polycarbonate (PC) resin. It widely applies in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemicals, other industries, universities, scientific research institutions, and commodity inspection departments. The device conforms to ASTM D 1238-04 and ISO 1133:1997 GB T3682-2000 standards. It has technical parameters including a temperature range of room temperature to 450 ℃, constant temperature accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃, and automatic printout of a micro printer.

Single-Arm Drop Tester

The Single-Arm Drop Tester tests the impact strength of product packaging during transportation and handling. It has a drop height of 300-1500mm, can handle a maximum weight of 80kg, and can test pieces up to 800 x 800 x 1000mm. The test bench is about 1700 x 1200 x 2315mm and weighs about 300kg. It can drop from face, angle, and edge in all directions and is controlled electrically. The machine requires a temperature range of 5-28℃ and relative humidity of ≤85% RH in a machinery workshop with a voltage range of AC (380 ± 38) V.
